WORK THE FLOOR - POLE BEG/INT

Link a whole sequence of pole and floor work together to create a whole routine based on the floor using strength, flexibility, and acrobatic skill. Learn dynamic ways to move between pole or up and down from the floor while you roll, twist and flip through this workshop.

Suitable for Beginner to Intermediate students.

POLE CHOREOGRAPHY - ALL

Dance hard and fast with this pole and floor choreography workshop focussing on movement and dance around the pole and on the floor. Learn a full song choreographed routine to your favourite pop tracks and get an intense workout with sexy and challenging dance moves and transitions. Heels are best!

SIGNATURE TRICKS - POLE INT/ADV

Students of this workshop will learn how to build impressive, beautiful and powerful inverted sequences and learn a few of Filly's favourite and signature tricks and combos.

Learn how to condition your body to get the most out of your strength and flexibility while having fun upside down!

Also get down and dirty with some some floor work sequences that will not only get you from A to B but will show off fluidity, grace and strength.

This workshop will explore dancing with bare feet as well as the technique required for dancing in stilettos, showing you how to get the most out of both styles.

Suitable for Intermediate to Advanced Students
