Prepare to sweat in this 60-minute class focused on strength conditioning specifically targeted for pole and aerial as well as active flexibility to help you achieve beautiful lines and extensions. You will walk out feeling leaner, longer and refreshed!

Flyoga®

Incorporating all the benefits and enjoyments of regular yoga and more, Flyoga® is a low impact and light method of yoga using a fabric hammock known as the Flyoga® hammock to help provide a total body strengthening and stretch activity.

Flyoga® teaches coordination and concentration, with the Flyoga® hammock, yoga poses are elevated up to a new level. Postures strengthen from inside-out, so not only will you look good, you will feel good. Each pose is carefully chosen to reinforce muscles around the spine, the very centre of the body. From this foundation, of which everything else operates, you will see better posture, alleviating many back, shoulder and neck problems.

Exactly as the name suggests, this class is ALL about splits, splits and MORE splits! While our other classes focus on full body, this specialty class places emphasis on the hips and legs to target various types of splits.

Deep Stretch
Destress and unwind in our Deep Stretch class! A low-impact flexibility and mobility class designed to help you loosen up stiffness in your body and increase your overall range of motion, it is the perfect way to end your evening. Beginning with a light full body warm-up and conditioning, you will be guided through a series of exercises that focus on your hip flexors, rotator cuffs, the spine and neck.

Ideal complement to pole and aerial training. A mobile body is a healthy body!
