Pilates inspired flexibility and conditioning class for a whole new world of safe increased motion. 

In 60 minutes, learn how to cat, needle, bridge, oversplits stretch, and other full body stretches, in a safe and guided environment that builds strength, joint stability and develop leaner muscles and joints.

With guided tutoring from Nicholas Tang, AAA's very own Bendy and Flexy (and sexy!) instructor, you will overcome tight joints and muscles, reduce injury risk, refine movements, improve alignment and techniques, and prepare for advance moves and extensions.

With stronger and leaner muscles, many students feel achieving beautiful splits (safely!) a bonus to the skills they have learnt in this class.
