Level 1

Our introductory classes are perfect for those braving the wonderful world of aerial fabric for the first time. We will take you through fundamental techniques and body conditioning for aerial silks that will prepare you for suspending yourself in the air!

Prerequisites: None

What to wear: Comfortable clothing that covers knees, elbows and torso are a must. No footwear required.

Level 2 and 3

Ah! So you’ve had a taster and want more? This is the level for you. Taking the techniques introduced in Level 1, you will learn to climb, twist and go upside down. 

Prerequisites: Have completed Level 1 or equivalent introductory classes thereby able to demonstrate basic conditioning and technique on silk

What to wear: Comfortable clothing that covers knees, elbows and torso are a must. No footwear required.

Level 4 and 5

This is where the REAL fun begins! Now that you are familiar with foot and hip locks, and being off the ground no longer makes your brain fuzzy, it’s time to combine moves into elegant sequences. You will be limited only by your imagination and daringness (well, the ceiling too!). 

Prerequisites: Basic climb, single foot lock, double foot lock, hip lock

Level 6 and 7

Did someone say 360° drop? You heard right! This isn’t for the faint-hearted. In our Advance levels, you will bring together all your outstanding aerial silks knowledge and techniques and take it to the sky. Ankle hangs, drops and jaw-dropping sequences will be at your fingertips here.

Prerequisites: 1 or more years of training in silk techniques and thereby able to demonstrate various types of climbing, foot locks, hip locks and inversion. The stamina to stay suspended for 2-3 minutes at a time.
