Every class includes stretching and strength exercises to work towards those showgirl high kicks and splits, plus you'll explore different styles of showgirl dance - from Cabaret Broadway to Vintage Chorusline, Showgirl Chair Dance and Floorwork, Modern Chorusline and even Parisian Can Can!

In every class you will also learn a fun and glamorous showgirl routine.

What should you wear?

Wear something sexy such as tank top, skirts you can move comfortably in, or corsets with high heels. Sometimes we will suggest some specific costume that can match the theme of the dance. It will help you to get into the mood better.
