Conditioning & Slimming classes open for everyone in TEASE and AERIAL ARTS to improve their overall physical fitness.
Benefits
Build endurance, control, and flexibility—essential elements for achievement on any aerial apparatus. Start with a warm up and stretching then move into strength training both in the air and on the floor. Get ready to have fun, sweat and work those muscles! Basic aerial arts school experience is required.
What should I wear?
Breathable dance fitness top and over the knee tight sweat pants or leggings are recommended. Bare feet only.
What else do I need to know before I start?
Be prepared to sweat and have fun!
