For those interested in activating their senses of touch and sound as well as a introduction for those wanting to progress onto Aerial Silks course.

What you get
You will learn to open up your creative senses in a safe, positive and supportive environment, improving rhythm, self awareness, body coordination and sensory dance via choreography to music, whilst getting familiar the silks as your dance partner.

What to wear
Clothing - Whatever you feel comfortable in. We recommend clothes that do not restrict your movements. Shoes - Bare feet or comfortable shoes that do not disturb the ambience when walking in them I.e. stillettos with hard heels that click loudly on the floor are not suitable.
