For everyone including beginners. This course can be a good conditioning session to those wanting to progress onto Aerial Silks.
What you get
Ropes provide a total body workout, constantly engaging your body’s own strength, endurance and flexibility with core stability. Learn climbs, holds, catchers and hangs all in the safety of an experienced internationally recognized instructor.
What to wear
Clothing - Two layers of tight fitting sports clothing is recommended. Long sleeve sports tops, long sports bottoms. Shoes - Bare feet is ok, though in the beginning the rope may be uncomfortable on bare skin therefore socks or flexible sports shoes are recommended.
