We focus on a more challenging workout and some trickier pole moves with some sexy routines.
For whom
This course is for students who’ve completed Pole Essentials/Beginners or those who have some previous pole dancing experience and are ready for some more challenging moves.
What you can get
This course is designed to improve strength, muscle-tone, flexibility and build confidence, in a supportive and empowering environment. We’ll continue to build your core stability muscles and perfect the moves already learnt, as well as teach you a new catalogue of more challenging moves and spins that you never thought you could do! The new sexy routines will also help to bring out your femininity and sensuality.
What should I wear?
Clothing - Whatever you feel comfortable in, and whatever makes you feel lush. We suggest clothes that are not restricting and that allow plenty of movement.
Shoes - You can warm up with bare feet, and then you can change into your heels or boots for dancing. (Boots and high heels are not required, just recommended)
What else do I need to know before I start?
Do not apply lotions or body oil before attending your pole dancing class as it makes gripping more difficult.
Come alone or bring a girlfriend and have a giggle and have a spin!
