In this course you will learn a fun routine to music that will include some dancing on chairs sometimes with ties, high heels, stockings or feather boas in a fun and sexy routine. What you also get is improved toning all over, it also improves your stamina, balance, stability and posture by engaging different movements with a chair.

What should you wear?

Wear something sexy such as tank top, hot pants/skirts, or corsets with high heels. Sometimes we will suggest some specific costume that can match the theme of the dance. It will help you to get into the mood better.
