TEASE School of Burlesque Groupon Class Redemption Request Form Redemption Ends on 15 May 2012, new redemptions will not be taken after 15 May 2012.

This form DOES NOT CONFIRM YOUR SPOT. It is only a request form. Please allow TEASE School of Burlesque 48hours to return your redemption request with either a CONFIRMATION or ALTERNATIVE date/time of your class redemption via EMAIL. Class redemption is based on availability and first come first served basis.

All unused Groupon vouchers must be redeemed before 15th of May. The remaining classes must be redeemed by the 30th of June 2012 and lessons remaining after this date will not be valid for further redemption. Classes are subject to availability so please confirm with our staff if space is available prior to your arrival to the studio.
