Ballet Pole Dance Workshop

Ballet is a graceful, beautiful dance form that originated in sixteenth century French courts and was then developed over centuries in Italy, England, and Russia into a concert dance form we know today. Mai, one of Lu Nagata's most talented instructors at Art Flow Tokyo, studied ballet for many years and will now teach how to combine pole dance and ballet merging the grace, skill, and sensuality of both arts into one.

At the age of 3 years, Mai began learning Ballet, Jazz and Contemporary dance. She became Lu Nagata’s apprentice and started working as a pole dance Instructor for Art Flow Tokyo Studio in the Summer of 2007. She is also working as an aerial silk, hoop performer and a professional video editor has created famous commercials in Japan.
