ANIA PRZEPLASKO - JAPAN
Is an instructor and artist of Pole Dance - a young, vibrant, empowering art-form that combines grace and athleticism in a unique discipline that is rapidly becoming the hottest trend in the world.
Born in Poland in a sports and art-orientated family, she studied at the School of Sports Champions in Krakow for several years. Her main strengths were swimming and shooting. Ania has won multiple awards and medals in various sports competitions and has also successfully competed in the Youth Olympics in Poland.
She attended "Bawinek" Latino dance school and has been certified as a Dance Instructor by AASFP. In 1995 she went to the School of Artistic Design for Clothing and became a trainer for the model school "Attention" teaching choreography, movement and styling.
She has held and organized several fashion shows and her collection was used during the Miss Polonia Malopolska competition and Polish Fashion Week in Poznan.
At the early age of twenty, she traveled around the world, experiencing different cultures, languages and fashion which fueled her artistic development. Recently she has worked in Japan as a photographer and fashion consultant. During this time, she discovered pole dancing was fantastic for not only choreography but for whole body fitness as well.
Ania has designed unique fitness programs called "Sensual Fitness" combining elements of effective toning exercise regimes, sensual dance and music appreciation with emphasis on body awareness.
Her programs include: Pole Dancing, PoleFit, PoleCardio, Pole Shows, Cabaret Shows, Burlesque Tease, East-Meet-West are incorporated in existing fitness schools and fitness centers.
In 2008 she found International Pole Dance Fitness Association She travels around the world exchanging information with other instructors and people with similar passions. She is at the forefront of increasing popularity with Pole Dancing by supporting schools, instructors and professional competitions and networking circles for current and future instructors.
