Aerial Hoop - Beginners

Aerial hoop is a circular apparatus suspended from a single point in the ceiling. If you are new to aerial apparatus, this is the class for you. You will learn various techniques to enter and exit from the hoop, along with conditioning, strength and flexibility exercises.

After grasping these fundamentals, you will be taught poses, movements and holds focused on improving balance, coordination and muscle tone (classes are known to burn up to 500 calories!).

You will leave achieving a series of elegant poses to conclude the class. Most students find that they, after 8+ classes, with instructor approval, are ready for the intermediate level.



Comfortable clothing that cover knees, elbows and torso are a must. No footwear required.
