Aerial Dance a great class for new and experienced dancers to join and receive an introduction on all of the hoop anf silk which we offer and teach before deciding on a specialised course.

What should I wear?
Bring comfortable dance fitness leggings and a breatheable dance fitness top is a recommended.
Bare feet only.
What else do I need to know before I start?
All you need to do is check the schedule, sign in, bring appropriate dance and fitness wear and come along!
